Rep Carter at about 16 minutes makes the great point that in order to prove this is unconstitutional, the citizen would have to take it to court. It should not fall to the people to have to prove that, when it is obvious. It should be vetted with good people, s it seems to be here. There were a lot of good questions in that room. And that Rep Fontenot was willfully oblivious the issues.
